Pointing at 12 volt "DB board" fed directly from the pick-up's battery via a dedicated (permanent) line with own 30 Amp fuse.  Black box under left finger is a rheostat for changing light intensity on  wide-beam hand-held light in right hand.

The wooden box with CD player, amplifier and rechargeable battery straps onto the platform with elastic bands (car inner tube).  It stays in position from stand to stand.

The cordless yellow light is used as stand-by and as powerful torch when searching for stricken quarry.
